TenshiGames LLC operates tenshigames.com (the "Site"). We are an independent game development studio. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from Site visitors.
None. TenshiGames does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or any client-side data collection on this Site. No information you do not actively submit is ever sent to TenshiGames.
The following services are involved in operating this Site. Data flows to these providers outside TenshiGames' control and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
This Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Netlify's servers automatically generate server-side access logs for every page request. These logs include visitor IP addresses, request paths, HTTP status codes, referrer headers, and timestamps. TenshiGames does not access individual visitor records from these logs. Netlify retains and processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
The domain tenshigames.com is registered with Namecheap, Inc. Namecheap holds domain registration data (registrant name, email, and address) as required by ICANN regulations. This data is not shared with Site visitors and is not used for marketing purposes.
The Site contains outbound links to UNCHI on Steam and Google Play. These are links only — no Steam or Google Play content is embedded on this Site and no data is exchanged by visiting this page. If you follow those links, Steam's and Google's respective privacy policies apply.
TenshiGames LLC also develops mobile and desktop applications. Each product has its own dedicated privacy policy that details the specific data it collects, how that data is used, and your rights as a user. These app policies are separate from this Site policy.
3-5-10 is a personal milestone and life goal tracking app currently in development for iOS and Android. Unlike this website, 3-5-10 does collect personal data — including goals, reflections, finance entries, and (if you choose to create a social account) data stored in Firebase by Google. AI-generated features process a minimal anonymised summary of your data via Google Cloud Vertex AI (us-central1, Iowa, USA). The Monthly Narrative feature is available on the free trial; all other AI features require a Pro subscription. This Site sets no cookies — neither first-party nor third-party. No cookie consent banner is displayed because there is nothing to consent to.
Since TenshiGames holds no personal data about Site visitors, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. For inquiries about data held by Netlify or Namecheap, contact those providers directly using the links above.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this Site. Our applications (such as 3-5-10) each contain their own children's privacy provisions — see the relevant app privacy policy for full details.
